EIDUL ADHA = عيد الأضحى – MEANS RETURN TO LIGHT FROM DARKNESS...

Eid  عيد  means to return or come back

Adha  الأضحى means his darkness became light or the road appeared or the road became apparent, Under the sun...

Eidul Adha is misinterpreted as Bakri Eid in India and Pakistan is a pre-Islamic Arabic term. Eid does not mean celebration. The basic meaning of عيد (Eid) is to come back to its original state.

This moment is a great day for every researcher, thinker, scientist, truth seeker... It has nothing to do with animal sacrifice... It is a day of great achievement and celebration for an individual or a team who prefer to walk in darkness to seek light or enlightenment... It is a day of sunshine when the darkness is slaughtered or the darkness is exposed to sun. The day or moment of clarity…This is the 12th and final evolutionary period in man’s life. This period is called Dhu'l-Hijjah / Zil Hajj  - ذو الحجة - Another pre-Islamic term.

Zil = means competent, rich in expression and knowledge, proud, carry himself or walk with elegance.

Hajj = It’s an individual’s journey or a path or pilgrimage towards correction or repairing of oneself…It is a journey of inquiry / probe / investigation or gathering of evidence or testimonies for a purpose proof for an argument.

Dhu'l-Hijjah / Zil Hajj - ذو الحجة means the period when an individual or a team is elegantly ready or well equipped with all the proofs to prove their point, which will shine like a sunshine.

THE DAY OF ARAFAH IS THE MOMENT OF KNOWLEDGE.

RUNNING BETWEEN SAFA AND MARWAH IS WAVERING BETWEEN CLARITY AND CONFUSION OR DOUBT.

MASS ANIMAL KILLING IS UNISLAMIC AND NONQURANIC RITUAL. IT'S WASTAGE OF ONE'S RESOURCES UNDER THE ILLUSION OF PLEASING ALLAH.

Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and give good tidings to the doers of good

 22:37- Traditional translation.

The parable of Abraham’s intended sacrifice of his son is the case of misunderstood interpretation which we will discuss in detail in a separate article.
