مَنْسَكًا
The trilateral root nūn sīn kāf (ن س ك) occurs seven times in the Quran, in three derived forms:
Four times as the noun mansak (مَنسَك)
Twice as the noun nusuk (نُسُك)
Once as the active participle nāsikū (نَاسِكُو)

(2:128:11) manāsikanā our direction of devotion وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
(2:200:3) manāsikakum directed your devotion فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمْ مَنَاسِكَكُمْ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ

لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنْسَكًا هُمْ نَاسِكُوهُ فَلَا يُنَازِعُنَّكَ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَادْعُ إِلَى رَبِّكَ إِنَّكَ لَعَلَى هُدًى مُّسْتَقِيمٍ 22:67
For every correctional process We have appointed direction of devotion which they devote for it. So, let not the strong desire / inclination cause to overcome you in the command [thoughts which provoke you to act], so call towards your Consciousness. Indeed, you are forever on seeking of guidance.
أُمَّةٍ- Ummat does not mean Nation, people or a community. The root word of Ummat is Umm - Imam, Ummat, Ummi and Um has common root word. In classical Arabic the root word carries its essence throughout the formation of derivatives that emerges out from the root words. But our translators are translating the Arabic script keeping the meanings of modern Arabic in mind.
In Modern Arabic
Umm – Mother
Imam – Leader
Ummat – Nation, people, community
Ummi – illiterate.
In Classical Arabic
Umm – Guide, mother, one who corrects
Imam – One who corrects, guides, lead
Ummat – A process which corrects or guides
